In 2011 King Rings reached several milestones that were targeted at the beginning of the year.

We grew to a consistent level of producing 50 rings per week, developed an extensive library of CNC programs for many of the bead, clamp, and adaptor rings used in the tire plants today, and we reduced the lead-time necessary to deliver completed orders.

We believe we have the most technologically advanced and fastest production system in the world that is highly automated and precise. We operate King Rings virtually 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. For 2012, we are focusing on reducing the lead-time from order entry to delivered rings further.

We will also introduce an E-Ring program similar to our E-Mold program. We are targeting E-Ring orders to be completed within 7 days of receipt of drawings.
